Draft, inspect and revise your output
Learn
Use the four prompt parts from Module 2. Save your first prompt and first output. Inspect the result for accuracy, missing information, unsuitable tone and unsupported additions. Then create a revision prompt addressing at least two identified weaknesses. Keep a small change log showing the original issue and the correction made.
If the output contains a factual claim beyond your supplied scenario, check it with an appropriate source or remove it. Use your own judgement to decide what remains in the final submission. A revision without review is not evidence of learning; explain why the revision improved the result.
Worked example
First draft issue: the action tracker assigns a date that was never agreed. Revision prompt: "Replace any inferred deadlines with 'Not specified'. Keep all confirmed deadlines unchanged and provide a list of open questions." The corrected table should match the original notes.
Practice
Submit your initial prompt, revised prompt and a three-row change log: Issue, Revision requested, How verified. Include the final output and a short verification checklist.
Key takeaway
The strength of an AI workflow is the visible review-and-correction process.
Why keep a prompt revision log?
