What we process
When you visit the website, technical information such as IP address, browser details, date/time, and server security logs may be processed by our web-hosting infrastructure. When you contact us, we process your email address and the content of your message so we can reply. If student account, course progress, examinations or checkout features are enabled, additional information such as your name, account credentials (stored securely, not in plain text), course activity, assessment results, certificate records, and transaction references may be processed to provide those services. We do not ask you to enter card numbers directly into this site.
Why and on what basis
Information is used to run and secure the site, respond to enquiries, deliver services you request, comply with legal duties, and operate learner records where relevant. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing may be based on your consent, the provision of requested services, a legitimate interest, or legal obligations.
Hosting, recipients and international transfers
Service providers may include our hosting, content-delivery, security, email and payment processors when activated. Some service providers may process data outside your country. We assess suitable safeguards where required by applicable law; details of active providers can be requested using our contact email.
How long we keep information
We retain information only while reasonably needed for the stated purpose and any applicable legal, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations. Specific retention periods for new student, examination and payment services will be published before those services go live.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
