When purchases become available
Before taking payment, Vánsöll Academy will display the exact course or certificate supplied, final price and currency, applicable taxes, payment provider, delivery expectations and lawful cancellation/refund conditions. We will explain how access to instant digital services affects cancellation rights where local law permits such exceptions and after obtaining any required consent.
Incorrect charges and problems
For a future payment dispute, duplicate charge, technical failure or wrongly issued certificate, please contact admin@vansollprojects.com with the transaction reference (never send a card number or password). We will investigate and apply the relevant legal requirements.
